Procedure
In-ground burial contracts can only be made to customers over the age 70,
brain-dead, terminally ill, or aiming to relocate existing burial plots within 1 month.

- Review contract options.
- Choose location.
- Complete written contract.
- Payment.
- Completed.
- In-ground burial contracts must be made by 12:00 PM the day preceding funeral processions. Plots for cremated remains will be ready in 1~7 business days.
- Contracts can only be made through Cheonan Memorial Foundation; contracts made through brokers or private transactions are not recognized.
- Initial costs are included in the contract, we require no other forms of compensation.
- Construction will begin after documentation is confirmed.
- Maintenance fees begin on the day of contracting.

Annual maintenance fee

Documentation for burial
- Death certificate
(Cremation certificate, Disinterment permit if applicable) - Contractor’s ID
- Contractor’s seal (or signature)
- Documents proving relationship between contractor and the one interred
(ex. Family Relationship Certificate)
