Article 50-2 of the Information and Communications Network Act
(Prohibition of Unauthorized Collection of Email Addresses)
① No person shall collect email addresses using automated programs or other technical devices from internet websites where an explicit refusal of email address collection has been stated.
② No person shall sell or distribute email addresses collected in violation of paragraph (1).
③ No person shall knowingly use email addresses, the collection, sale, or distribution of which is prohibited under paragraphs (1) and (2), to transmit information.
